Dr. Sonia Toledo
Sonia M. Toledo holds a PhD in education (with the focus on global training & development) and has more than 25 years of experience working in the after-school field, building quality programming for students in elementary through high school during out of school time. Sonia is a writer, speaker, and social entrepreneur whose primary focus is emotional intelligence training, youth development, and organizational culture change.
Dr. Marina A. Badillo-Diaz
Marina Badillo-Diaz completed her Doctorate in Social Work at New York University’s Silver School of Social Work in 2021. She graduated with a Master’s of Science in Social Work in 2011 from Columbia University's School of Social Work and obtained her social work clinical licensure from New York State in February 2015. She is currently completing a fellowship with the United States Department of Education completing a capstone project titled “An Advisory Model for 21st Century Skills in an Alternative High School Setting” for the 2023-23 academic year.
