LIVE GROUP COACHING SESSIONS WITH DR. SONIA TOLEDO

Includes an additional 6 months of live group coaching sessions with Dr. Toledo. 

Group Coaching Session Complete Schedule

Dr. Toledo will host group coaching sessions on a monthly basis, creating a regular and consistent platform for directors to engage. Directors can attend these sessions virtually, making it accessible to participants regardless of their location. Prior to each coaching session, directors are encouraged to submit their questions, challenges, or issues related to program development, implementation of structures, or any other relevant topics. This proactive approach allows us to prepare targeted responses and solutions. These sessions will be interactive, encouraging discussion, idea sharing, and peer-to-peer learning among the participants. Directors can expect to receive practical guidance and solutions tailored to their specific challenges. Dr. Toledo will draw on her expertise and experience to provide actionable advice. Recognizing that not all directors can attend every session, we will ensure that recordings of each group coaching session are made available. This allows directors to access the content and insights at their convenience, ensuring that valuable information is not missed.
