Please read the payment policies below carefully and save for your reference. You will receive an invoice within 24 hours of registering. Receipt of invoice is confirmation that your registration has been successfully processed. Payment for the invoice is due within 30 days from the day you register or before the first day of training, whichever date is earlier. Please note that you will not be allowed to attend class until your invoice is paid in full. There are no refunds, but you can reschedule your training or transfer funds to another service within 12 months of registration. If your organization requires a vendor process to make payment to Dignity of Children, please send us the vendor process requirements. All vendor agreements must be fully processed and signed before we can honor your request.
