This workshop will include strategies on establishing student-led environments where young people identify their interests, passions, talents and develop 21^st century skills while working on bringing social change to their communities. We will introduce methods of teaching that are designed to prepare students for the modern-day marketplace by developing skills such as creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, communication, emotional intelligence, informational and digital literacy. Workshop is targeting youth development directors and organizations leadership staff to gain understanding on methods and best practices for 21^st century skills.

In a four-day series, a variety of subjects will address trauma experiences while also providing empowerment and coping strategies.

This workshop will focus on decreasing educator trauma by providing ways to reduce self-care approaches and a number of useful resources. These will be provided to participants as part of the workshop. We are going to work together to produce a plan of action to guarantee that students and educators who have been impacted by trauma receive help and are successful in their endeavors.
